The GARANZIA3 warranty extension will be provided warranty service with the same terms and conditions indicated in the original warranty issued by the manufacturer and in force at the moment of purchase of the product. Depending on the type of extension purchased,e.g. (500 - 1000 - 2000 - 5000 euros), the consumer is guaranteed coverage for repair costs equal to the amount indicated on the G3 coupon.
The product purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge!
No customer charged deductible is foreseen for the repair of the product, nor will any money deposit be requested.
Any damages or faults caused, in any case, by negligence of customer/insured fault or due to the normal wear of the components, that are excluded from the original manufacturer's warranty are also excluded from the warranty extension.
In the event that this last possibility were to occur, we will see to the immediate communication of an estimate of expense for the repair of the product. In case that the product is not repairable, GARANZIA3 will see to the replacement of the product or a refund.
In addition, with the purchase of a GARANZIA3 warranty extension, we will provide a free consultation for the resolution of any problem or difficulty in comprehension of the manufacturer's statutory warranty terms, for the initial 24 months from the purchase of the product.
